Specifications
The microscope has a motorised focus drive, filter wheel, shutters, condenser and objective turret. It has an LED light source for transmitted light and XCite light source for fluorescence imaging. In addition to the standard condenser, the system has an oil immersion condenser suitable for high resolution darkfield imaging.
Objective lenses
Wide variety of objective lenses from 5x dry to 100x oil immersion including long working distance water lenses. Contrast techiques include phase contrast, darkfield, polarised light and differential interference contrast.

- DAPI bandpass, DAPI longpass
- FITC bandpass, FITC longpass
- TRITC bandpass
- Texas Red bandpass
- Cy5 bandpass
- BV480 (similar to CFP)
