Light sheet microscopy - PhaseView Alpha3 Facility Edition
The PhaseView Alpha 3 Facility Edition light sheet microscope is fully motorised with a large number of different illlumination and detection objective lenses. It is designed for flexibility and can image a wide range of sample sizes of different refractive indices. The sample must be transparent in order to be able to successfully image it. Applications
- Imaging optically cleared samples, e.g. organoids, spheroids, tissue blocks
- Live imaging, e.g. zebrafish embryos
