Liquid scintillation analyser

The Tri-Carb® 2910TR LSA is a computer-controlled benchtop liquid scintillation analyser for detecting small amounts of alpha, beta and gamma radioactivity.

This instrument is not networked and not interfaced with a printer. Electronic reports (in a format that is compatible with Excel) need to be copied onto a memory stick.

New users will need to be loaded onto the system for data acquisition (i.e., to setup the correct counting protocol) and data storage (i.e., a personalised folder where reports will be saved). No booking is required for existing users.

User charges

$10 per hour counting time. Sample vials and scintillation cocktail are not provided.
