HealtheX is a student-led conference and this year they are celebrating their 10th Anniversary!  HealtheX promotes research activity and excellence in presentation skills among postgraduate students.

The HealtheX Team welcomes you to attend the Presentation Skills Workshops where experts will give you tips and tricks to perfect your posters, oral and elevator pitch presentations. They will be accompanied by a panel of previous HealtheX winners.

With a prize pool of $15,000, make sure you give yourself the best chances of winning!

The Workshop will be held at:

1)      Grafton campus: Wednesday 10 August 2-3.30pm in Room 502.B41

2)      Tamaki campus: Tuesday 23 August 2-3.30pm in Room 730.264

WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO ALL!  Even if you are not presenting at HealtheX 2016, it is crucial for a student in science to learn how to best communicate their research through a talk or a poster, or summarise their work in a few minutes while networking at a conference.

Come join the FMHS Postgraduate Student Association (PGSA) for afternoon tea following the workshop at Tamaki Campus. There will be free tea, coffee and baked goods! This will be an excellent opportunity to chat with your fellow postgraduate students and learn how we can help you during your study, including financial assistance.

Remember that the HealtheX 2016 Conference is on Friday 9 September at FMHS! Programme comming soon!
