How to determine the best sample preparation technique for your unique samples

Sample preparation and solid phase extraction helps in the clean up, recovery and concentration of analytes before further analysis with HPLC and/or GC. The presentation will involve the simple procedures and protocols involved in the solid phase extraction and method development, especially with reference to sample matrices like blood, serum, plasma, drugs etc. related to clinical and pharmacological studies.

, the speaker is the technical consultant from Phenomenex USA and is currently a Group Leader and Senior Sample Preparation Specialist, focusing on Key Pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organisations. Her role involves technical support, on-site training, method development and method optimisation assistance for customers around the globe. She is also involved with new product development and application support for the extensive line of sample preparation products which include techniques focused on Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), Protein Precipitation, Phospholipid Depletion and Quechers.
