Dianne Neumark-Sztainer received her Ph.D. and M.P.H. degrees from the Hadassah School of Public Health at Hebrew University in Jerusalem Her research interests focus on adolescent health, nutrition, and obesity, and eating disorder prevention. She teaches a course on community nutrition intervention in which students learn how to develop community-based interventions to improve the nutritional health of the public. She is the author of I’m, Like, SO Fat! Helping Your Teen Make Healthy Choices about Eating and Exercise in a Weight-Obsessed World (Guilford Press 2005).
