Interested in strategies for effective and engaging teaching with large classes?
This year, the Business School introduced team-based learning in two new core-courses, BUSINESS 101 and BUSINESS 102. Together, these courses had cohorts of around 1,500 students. Using team-based learning in such an environment brings a number of teaching and operational challenges. After briefly introducing the teaching strategy known as team-based learning, we will discuss the design decisions we made for what went on in-class and in the 'back-office'.
