Vision

Our vision is to create:

  • a high functioning, innovative, sustainable research base for global health within the School of Population Health.

General goals

Our goals are to:

  • contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of populations, through research, policy and capacity building in low-and middle income settings with a specific focus on the Asia and Pacific region
  • establish partnerships with key academic and health care provider institutions within the Asia and Pacific region to promote and foster global health research, policy and capacity building
  • provide training in global health by developing a teaching portfolio that equips students and health professionals to actively contribute to improving the health of disadvantaged populations.
