Call for abstracts
You are invited to submit abstracts for symposia, oral presentations and
poster presentations. The abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference
Peer Review Committee. Accepted abstracts will be published on the CAHRE website
and in the Final Programme. Selected presentations will also be included in the
International Asian and Ethnic Minority Health and Wellbeing 2012 Conference
Proceedings.
The abstract submission constitutes a formal commitment by the author/s to
present the corresponding presentation in the session and timeslot assigned by
the Conference Organising Committee. Changes in authorship should be
communicated timeously to the Conference Organising Committee so that the
necessary amendments can be made to the printed programme. If the original
presenting author is unable to present, one of the co-authors should take over
this responsibility.
Kindly register your abstract/s via the
Abstract Submission form (see below for link). As submitted
abstracts will not be edited, applicants must ensure that their abstracts are
thoroughly edited and do not contain any typographic and grammatical errors.
Notification of acceptance will be emailed to the presenting author. Detailed
information, guidelines, and recommendations for symposia, oral and poster
presentations, as well as time allotment, date, time, and venue will be duly
sent to registered presenting authors.
The acceptance of abstracts by the Conference Peer Review Committee does not
imply any financial assistance or fee deduction. Presenting authors must
register by 30th April 2012 to ensure that their abstracts are
published on CAHRE’s website. The publication of each abstract is conditional
upon payment of the registration fee.
