An Royal Australasian College of Surgeons required 2 ½ day course for SET trainees within their first year of training.
Covers open surgery, trauma and orthopaedics and minimal access surgery.
Skills are gained with the assistance of many expert tutors and by the wide use
of inanimate and organic models, as well as comprehensive training in minimal access
surgery basics.
