Welcome to the School of Medicine
The School of Medicine delivers the faculty’s undergraduate Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBChB), facilitates and
encourages clinical and applied research, and develops and delivers postgraduate
programmes across the school’s clinical areas.
We operate seven specialty clinical departments across four clinical schools and
campuses. The departments are: Anaesthesiology, Medicine, Obstetrics and
Gynaecology, Opthalmology, Paediatrics (Youth and Child Health), Psychological
Medicine, and Surgery.
