Assignment

1. Make sure you have a FMHS network account. Your userid is your NetID (UPI).
2. Make sure you can login with your NetID from one of the computers in the MDC laboratory.
3. Use the Windows Explorer to find N:\Pharmacology\Teaching\Medsci719Pharmacometrics\All\My Pharmacometrics
4. Copy the My Pharmacometrics folder to your P: drive so that you have a folder P:\My Pharmacometrics
5. Go to P:\My Pharmacometrics\Pharmacometrics Programs
6. Open the Berkeley Madonna program
7. Enter the equation y=3*time in the Equations window and click on Run
8. Click on Save and save the model with the name equation.mmd in your My Documents folder
9. Close Berkeley Madonna
10. Open the EditPlus program
11. Open P:\My Pharmacometrics\Pharmacometrics Data\Population PD\theopd.ctl
12. Check that you can see coloured keywords
13. Close EditPlus
14. Use the Internet Explorer to login to Cecil and check your preferences for receiving email.
15. Send an email to me (n.holford@auckland.ac.nz) from your preferred email account. I will use the email address you send me to keep in touch with you regarding this course.
