Amira is a powerful 3D image processing
and visualisation program. We have a number of additional modules available
including the Microscopy module, Deconvolution and Skeleton packs.
We also have full offline copies of FluoView (Olympus FV1000), ZEN (Zeiss LSM 710)
and Leica Confocal Software (Leica
TCS SP2) available so you can do all your confocal image processing off-line.
Left: Jeremy Corfield (Department of Anatomy with
Radiology/School of Biological Sciences) uses Amira to reconstruct CT and MRI images of avian brains.
