“Spider eggs in nest” A holoclone of stem cells from the cornea resemble a spider egg sac in nest. Seeding of a holoclone onto a collagen-coated surface induces differentiation and migration from the stem cells within. Microtubules were stained with anti-a-tubulin antibody and Cy5 secondary antibody. Red represents nuclear counterstain with propidium iodide.
