  I was consultant to this television documentary on Joseph Merrick, the "Elephant Man". This involved state-of-the-art medical visualisation and volume rendering techniques to dramatically visualise the skull and bone structure of Joseph Merrick, which was scanned by CT in London. I performed the image processing and visualisation in the Biomedical Imaging Research Unit, using the Onyx Infinite Reality visualisation workstation which I successfully obtained as an equipment grant from the Wellcome Trust, UK.
