General practice and health professional determinants of immunisation coverage

New Zealand has never gained the full benefit from immunisation, primarily because too few children are immunised. Some general practices are able to immunise more of their children than others are. This study will determine general practice and health professional characteristics associated with higher immunisation coverage.
