3% of the marks for this course will be based on each student submitting answers
to one of the following patient cases.
In addition to providing answers to the questions for one of the cases, please provide
an example of a prescription for continuing treatment with the drug you have chosen
for the patient described in the problem.

Answers should show clearly the reasoning and any calculations involved using no
more than 2 sides of a single sheet of A4 paper. The prescription should be on a
separate piece of paper. Please STAPLE your assignment and attach a signed assignment
cover sheet (see page xvi of your Course Manual). Please do not bind, laminate or
enclose your answer sheet in any covering.
