Access
and security
Students attending courses at Grafton Campus must obtain an access swipe card.
These are available from the faculty reception desk, at a non-refundable fee of
$10. This can only be done via EFTPOS, as we do not accept cash payments. Cards
are valid for the duration of your studies at the campus.
Postgraduate students at Tamaki Campus who need their card programmed for access
to the School of Population Health should contact the school's reception on Level 2.

Booking a room
Grafton Campus
Students may book a room at Grafton for appropriate group activities where spaces are available.

In addition to the campus cafés, there are vending machines by the Philson Library entrance, hot water in the study room behind
the café (available during Philson opening hours) and microwaves located in
Café 85 next to the study room.

In addition to the early childhood centres at Grafton, there are changing mat facilities

Campus (School of Population Health)
The weekly lecture timetable and room information for all postgraduate and
undergraduate classes is displayed on the noticeboard near the School of
Population Health reception on Level 2.

and safety
All students are required to wear white coats for laboratory teaching by
health
and safety. White coats can be purchased from Medical Books.

Lockers
Grafton Campus
Lockers are available for students at Grafton
Campus and are located in the basement
area. These are free and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You must
register your locker with the faculty's Student Centre.

Tāmaki Campus
Lockers are available for students at the School of Population Health with a
deposit of $5. Please apply at the School of Population Health reception on
level 2.

Parking
There is currently no parking available for students at Grafton Campus
but there are a number of parking options available. For further details, see

Prayer space
There is no prayer space available at Grafton Campus. However, an agreement has been
reached with Auckland City Hospital for our staff and students to use the Multi
Faith (including Muslim) Prayer Space on Level 6. There is also a newly
completed prayer space for Muslim Students on the City Campus.
Tamaki Campus
A prayer space is available for staff and students in Building 723, Room 311. There
is only one prayer space on campus, and if the room is being used please wait until
the person using it has finished. The space is available for anyone from any religious
denomination.

Men's and women's showers located in the basement of Building 503, near the main
entrance of the Robb lecture theatre.

Grafton Campus is a no smoking campus. All staff and students should refrain from
smoking anywhere on the grounds.
