Projects for summer studentships are offered in July each year. Interested students
should follow the following process:
- Select project of interest and arrange to see the supervisor offering the project.
- When you meet the supervisor take with you:
- If selected, student and supervisor together submit an application for studentship
to the Faculty Research Office. The
Paykel Scholarship is available to third year medical students with good grades and
interest in pursing research in their career, while a
general application form is available for others.
- Ethical approval to be obtained before the students begin project (arrange with
supervisor).
Report guidelines
Report guidelines should be followed when submitting your report at the end of the
studentship.
