The Māori health courses are designed for:

  • Māori health professionals who maintain a clinical practice focus to their work but take on additional responsibility in healthcare settings
  • Māori and non-Māori health workers who wish to gain a greater understanding of the history of Māori health initiatives and contemporary Māori health issues
  • graduates in non-health disciplines who wish to gain a greater understanding of the history of Māori health initiatives and contemporary Māori health issues.

Courses are offered at the School of Population Health in a Flexible learning format (one day per month over the course of the semester).
