We offer a wide range of postgraduate programmes, including doctorates, honours and masters degrees, in addition to many graduate and postgraduate diplomas and certificates.

Subjects

Subjects are areas of study, usually offered by a school or department. Subjects may have a dedicated programme or may be named specialisations within a programme or may be included in a generic programme.

Programmes

A programme refers to a qualification. The term postgraduate is used to mean any programme that is at a higher level than an undergraduate programme. You have to be admitted to a programme before you can enrol in any courses.

Courses

Courses are the basic component of all academic programmes, and are the specific topics that you study. Most courses are taught and assessed over one semester and may consist of lectures and tutorials, assignments, tests and an examination. Each course has its own alphanumeric code for identification. You must be admitted to a programme before you can enrol in any courses.
