The Postgraduate Diploma in Health Sciences
(PGDipHSc) is aimed at current health professionals and those with a
relevant
undergraduate degree wishing to pursue postgraduate study in a health related field.
Eligibility
Students
must have completed the requirements for a relevant degree, or have completed the
requirements for a relevant health professional qualification and have at least
two years of relevant work experience to be eligible for entry. Eligibility
for some clinical based courses
may be restricted to registered health professionals.

Content
Students wishing to complete the generic PGDipHSc programme, without any specialisations,
are required to enrol in and complete the following courses:
Alternatively students can complete 120 points from one of the specialisations listed
below.
Important information
Places on this programme are limited. Priority may be given to applications
received on or before the closing date of 8 December.
Once you start this programme you will need to enrol continuously (each semester)
until the programme is finished. If you need to take a break you must apply for
a suspension.
This programme has a total enrolment clause of 160 points. This is the maximum number
of points you can enrol in (including failed or withdrawn courses) towards this
programme.
