Dean's International Doctoral Scholarships (FMHS)
The Dean's International Doctoral Scholarships (FMHS) were introduced in
2011 and are funded by the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. We aim to
attract international students of high calibre to pursue a research doctoral
degree in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences and will provide up to
three scholarships per annum of up to $25,000NZD stipend plus compulsory tuition
fees, relocation grant, travel allowance and insurance. Applications close 30
April annually.

International student support
The International Development Manager,
Karen Dorrian, and the International Student Assistant, Yvonne Marren,
provide support for international students studying at the faculty. They are the first port of call for all international students in the
faculty and provide advice in a number of areas such as
accommodation, visas, immigration requirements and academic progress. The
Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences' international team are located in the Student Centre at Grafton Campus.
