Courses in General Education are a distinctive feature of almost all bachelors
degrees at The University of Auckland, including the four undergraduate
programmes at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences. The General Education
programme has been designed to enable students to pursue their interests in
fields related to but outside the subjects of the degree, or in other fields
altogether.
